Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition services include:
1. Reviewing of completed client intake forms.
2. Online civil and criminal records search.
3. Online lien search.
4. Researching Kelly Blue Book or NADA for market values.
5. Contacting debtors by phone to obtain missing information per attorney’s authorization.
6. Verifying that debtors satisfied the credit-counseling requirement.
7. Preparation of any additional local court forms if requested.
8. Preparation of draft of the petition, schedules, means test, and statement of affairs, and Plan for Chapter 13.
9. Preparation of Attorney Summary Sheet outlining potential problems or questions.
10. Making changes to draft of petition per attorney’s instructions.
11. Monitoring case through Pacer if requested for additional charge.
12. The completed petition will be emailed to the attorney in Best Case or PDF format after receiving all necessary information from the attorney or the debtor.
All petitions will contain the Attorney's name, Law Firm, and bar number. Our name does not appear on any part of the bankruptcy petition
