You receive an invoice after each petition has been approved.  Payment is "per petition" or discounted rates are available for ongoing services.  The invoice is then payable within 15 days. 


Is using a virtual bankruptcy service considered sharing of fees?

Absolutely Not.  The attorney or law firm pays BK Virtual Assistant the same as they would pay any other independent contractor such as court reporters or expert witnesses.  We receive payment directly from the attorney.  We are not paid by the attorney's clients.
